At Gloriate Studio, each product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size, color, or product selection made by the customer

• Minor variations in color due to differences in screen displays

• Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout

Refund Processing
