Are your products physical or digital?
All of our products are professionally printed and physical shipped directly to your door.
Which Bible translation do you use?
The verses featured in our designs are taken primarily from the World English Bible (WEB) and select verses from the King James Version (KJV). Both translations are in the public domain. Text formatting, line breaks, and capitalization have been artistically styled to fit our unique design layouts while preserving the integrity of the original scripture.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers in Canada, the United States, Europe, and many international destinations.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days, although some locations may receive orders sooner.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Each item is produced specifically for your order to ensure quality and reduce waste.
Can I return my order?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because each order is made especially for you, production begins shortly after your purchase and is automatically sent to our printing partner. Generally we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please verify your address and the size chosen before placing the order. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist.
Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor and device settings.
Can I purchase artwork as a gift?
Absolutely. Our artwork makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, weddings, housewarmings, baptisms, Mother's Day, Christmas, and many other special occasions.
